• 1 tbsp rolled oats
• 2 ½ tsp caraway seeds (divided)
• 1 ½ tsp poppy seeds
• 2 cups rye flour
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 ¼ tsp sea salt
• 1 ¾ cups buttermilk
• 1 tbsp buttermilk
