Now this is a great sandwich. It's so good, it's on the menu at Delmonico Steakhouse in Las Vegas. The tender meat, tangy horseradish spread and crunchy French Bread are a dynamite combination.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds beef tenderloin steaks or skirt steak
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise, store bought or homemade
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 4 individual sized ciabatta rolls
- Caramelized Onions
- 1 bunch spinach, washed and stemmed
