• 1/4 cup beef stock
• 17 ounce dark sweet cherries (canned - pitted)
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon cloves
• 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon rind (grated)
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 teaspoon cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon bovril
• 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped and toasted)
