• For alternate crust:
• 1 - 1 1/2 lb ground beef
• 1/2-3/4 c finely chopped onion (sweet)
• 1-2 clove garlic, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 c all purpose flour
• 1/3 c dill pickle juice
• 1/3 c milk
• 1/2-1 c dill pickle, finely chopped
• 2-2 1/2 c cheese, shredded
• 1 pkg refrigerated pie crust
• Optional: 3/4 cup ketchup or BBQ sauce instead of 1/3 cup milk.
• Crumbled cooked bacon for bacon cheeseburger.
• 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs
