Savoury impossible pie
Impossible pie gets its name not from being difficult, but being so easy to make! This recipe creates its own 'pastry' crust while it cooks
Ingredients
- 2 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 90 gram butter, melted
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 cup grated tasty cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped ham
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped char-grilled capsicum, drained
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- salad, to serve
