Mrs Fields Cookie Recipe Peanut Butter

Ingredients

• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter , softened
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1/3 cup light brown sugar , packed
• 1 large egg , at room temperature
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour , sifted
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• Optional: 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or crushed peanuts for topping
