- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter, cooled
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- Butter - for cooking
- To serve - Syrup, sliced almonds, whipped cream, cut up fruits etc
