Mini Birthday Cake Scones

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp butter (frozen and cut into small cubes)
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp almond extract
• 1/4 cup almond milk
• 1 cup greek yogurt (nonfat)
• 3 tbsp almond milk (to brush on top)
• 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips (I used Lily's sugar free dark chocolate baking chips)
• additional sugar for topping (optional)
