Classic Banoffee Pie from In the Mood for Entertaining by Jo Pratt
This is a bit of a cheat recipe really, because there is very little to do, but it looks divine and will no doubt be the first pudding to go.
Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 300 g digestive biscuits, finely crushed
- about 400 g bought toffee sauce (dulce de leche)
- 2 large bananas
- 275 ml double cream
- 2 tablespoons chocolate shavings
