- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier, divided

- 1/8 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/2 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- freshly grated nutmeg
