- 4 fillets slit thin from the middle ( now their should be 8 )
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon red chili paste
- ½ lemon freshly squeezed or 1 small full ( I used full )
- 2 tablespoon yogurt / mayo
- 1 teaspoon jeera powder
- 1 tablespoon mochachos spice ( I used hot )
- 1 tablespoon taco spice
- oil
