Ingredients

• 200 g button mushroom
• 1 medium onion finely sliced
• 1 medium green bell pepper roughly sliced
• 1 tsp white vinegar
• ¼ cup tomato ketchup
• 2 tsp dark soy sauce
• 1 tsp Ajjin-o-moto
• 1 tsp garlic crushed and finely chopped
• 1 tsp ginger finely chopped
• 1 tsp red chilli flake
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tbsp cornflour
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp white oil
