• 2 lbs. shelled deveined tiger shrimp
• 3 qts. boiling water
• 1 t. salt
• 1 T. Lemon Juice
• 3 T. butter
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 clove garlic chopped
• 1/2 cup green bell pepper
• 1/2 cup red bell pepper
• 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup (made fresh if you're really ambitious)
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup tomato sauce (as spicy as you like it)
• 1 cup fresh sliced shiitake mushrooms
• 1/4 t. salt
• 1/8 t. pepper
• 1/4 cup dry white wine
