- 150g sultanas
- 5 tbsp light muscovado sugar
- 6 tbsp sunflower oil
- 250g self-raising flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 6tbsp semi-skimmed milk
- for the icing:
- 120g icing sugar
- 6 tbsp fresh orange juice
