• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup flour
• 2 cups milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 Tablespoons jalapeño chiles, seeded and finely chopped
• 2 cups Sharp Wisconsin Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 jar (7 ounces) roasted red peppers, drained well, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
• 8 ounces pasta, cooked al dente according to package direction, drained
• 2 Tablespoons green onions, sliced
