Ingredients: Cheese: We used a variety of Kerrygold Irish cheese on our board, but any Irish cheese would be great. And some spreadable beer cheese would not be bad either.; Meat: Corned beef was embraced by Irish immigrants when they arrived so this is a must, but if you can find Irish bacon that would be a delight too.; Spreads: Mustard and honey are a must. But to add extra flair we suggest HP sauce (aka brown sauce), or chutney (Indian food is very popular in Ireland); Fruit and Veg: Apple and dried currants are a great start. We also suggest pickle veg such as carrots, onions or pickles.; Bread: S.Rosen's sliced rye bread or Party entertainer cocktail breads tie the board together well
