Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetend
  • 1/3 cup ( 57 gr ) chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup ( 85 gr ) honey
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Add all the ingredients in the blender starting with the milk.
  • Once the pudding has the right consistency, transfer it to 2 serving bowls.
  • Consume directly or for better experience cover with a lid or with a plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours to let the pudding set and cool.
  • Top the pudding with fresh fruits, especially berries, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, whipped cream or whatever you like and enjoy!
  • If you want an extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne paper along with all the ingredients, before blending the pudding.
