- 1 lb of Ground Turkey
- 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
- 1 Small Onion, diced
- 1/2 of a Bell Pepper, diced
- 3 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 14-1/2 oz can of Tomato Sauce
- 6 cups of Water
- 14-1/2 oz can of Corn, drained and rinsed
- 14-1/2 oz can of Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 1/2 Tbsp of Taco Seasoning
- 1 1/2 Tbsp of Beef Bouillon Powder
- Chopped Cilantro
- Chopped Scallions
- Sour Cream
- Tortilla Chips
- Fresh Lime
