• 2 Tbsp Tulkoff Ginger Puree
• 2/3 cup butter, softened
• 1 1/2 cups sugar, divided use
• 1/4 cup molasses
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
• 4 cups confectioners sugar
• 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
