• 3 Red chillies; finely chopped
• 450 ml Buttermilk; (16fl oz)
• 55 g Melted butter; (2oz)
• 55 g Plain flour; (2oz)
• 170 g Polenta; (6oz)
• 1 ts Bicarbonate of soda
• 2 Eggs
• 2 ts Salt
• 350 g Sweetcorn; tinned (12oz)
• 4 tb Coriander; chopped
