My Zesty Banana + Blueberry Bread is sure to be a new family favorite. It's made with ripe bananas, wild blueberries and zesty lime!
Ingredients
- 1/2 C cultured butter, room temperature
- 1/4 C granulated sugar
- 1/4 C light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t vanilla bean paste
- 2 C unbleached cake flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 C very ripe banana, mashed
- 1 C frozen wild blueberries, defrosted + drained
- 1 C plain Greek-style yogurt
- 1 lime, zested + juiced
