- 1 bag(s) brussel sprouts, frozen or fresh
- 1 - knorr chicken bouillon or more if needed
- 1 1/2 quart(s) water
- 2 medium potatoes diced
- 3/4 cup(s) dried milk 1/2 cup powder milk and 1/4 cup water (mix)
- 1 dash(es) pepper
- 2 teaspoon(s) flour (optional only to thicken)
