Chocolate Chip Brookies I Her Circle

Ingredients

• 1 and 2/3 cups all-purpose flour (spooned & levelled)
• 1/4 cup unsweetened natural cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
• 3/4 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 large egg, at room temperature
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon coffee extract
• 1 cup white or semi-sweet chocolate chips (plus a few extra for tops)
