• 1 1/2 T. freshly minced onion
• 1 stick butter or margarine
• salt and pepper
• Noodles:
• 6 eggs
• 3 teaspoons salt
• 6 T. oil
• 1 1/2 cups milk or water
• 4 1/2 cups flour
