Ingredients: ½ cup lager beer; ½ cup ketchup; 2 Tbsp brown sugar; 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce; 1 tsp Dijon mustard; 2 pounds ground beef; 1 egg, lightly beaten; 1 medium onion, finely chopped; 1 clove garlic, minced; ¼ cup lager beer; 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; 1 Tbsp steak spice; ½ cup panko (Japanese bread crumbs) or traditional bread crumbs; 6 slices aged cheddar cheese; Optional: Hamburger buns, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions and condiments of choice
