• 1 small semi-hot pepper (jalapeño or serrano), seeded and chopped
• 2 naan breads
• 2 oz (55 g) sliced salami of your choice (genoa, coppa, calabrese, etc.)
• 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
• 2 tsp (10 ml) white wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley leaves, finely chopped
