Ingredients

• 12 large strawberries, washed and dried
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)
• Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth and fully melted.
• Hold a strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.
• Place the dipped strawberry on the prepared baking sheet.
• Repeat with the remaining strawberries.
• If desired, melt the white chocolate chips in a separate microwave-safe bowl using the same method.
• Drizzle the white chocolate over the dipped strawberries using a fork or piping bag.
• Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting, about 15 minutes.
• Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
