Ingredients
- 2/3 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- Melted butter and canola oil for brushing on the griddle
