- 1 kilo rump steak
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- ground green chili to taste
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon gorimas pepper steak spice
- 1 teaspoon gorimas orange pepper spice
- 1 flat teaspoon crushed black pepper
- 1 teaspoon steak and chops spice
- salt to taste ( add only after the spices , as the spices are salty
