Grilled Honey Lemon Chicken Pizza - Pizza Today

• ½ tablespoon sugar
• 4 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon Espelette pepper powder
• 1 proprietary thin crust dough ball at 12-13 ounces
• 2-3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil for brushing
• 1 large chicken breast, 11-12 ounces
• 7 ounces whole milk ricotta
• 1 tablespoon heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 3 ounces Asiago cheese or Pecorino Romano
• 4 1/2 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
• 4-6 ounces of the Spiced Lemon Honey (From above recipe)
• ½ of a yellow pepper cut into small dice for garnish
• Large handful of fresh basil leaves, 12-16 leaves
