• 250 g (2 cups) white bread flour
• 375 g (3 cups) cake flour
• 5 ml (1 tsp) salt
• 30 ml (2 tbsp) sugar
• 10 g (1 packet) instant yeast
• 500 ml (2 cups) lukewarm water
• 1 egg
• 60 ml (4 tbsp) Clover Farmstyle Salted Butter, melted
• 125 ml ( ½ cup) Clover Fresh Full Cream Milk
