Creamy Tomato Soup

Ingredients

• 1.2 kg Roma tomatoes
• 600 g Cherry tomatoes
• 2 cloves garlic
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• salt
• pepper
• 1 large onion
• 1 red bell pepper
• 100 g potatoe
• 3 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 L vegetable broth
• ½ a bunch of fresh basil
• ¼ cup heavy cream
