Chicken And Mushroom Soup recipe by Faadila Naveed Ahmad

Ingredients

• 1 onion chopped
• 1 teaspoon garlic paste
• Add in
• ½ cup finely cubed chicken fillet
• 2 finely chopped green chillies
• Salt to taste
• Aromat (a South African Spice)
• Black pepper
• ½ cup cooked mushrooms
• (I cook 2 punnets with salt, Aromat (a South African Spice), pepper and.garlic powder and freeze in ziploc bags )
• add 1 cube chicken stock and a little water and leave on simmer.
• 2 tablespoon milk powder
• Add to pot with 4 cups milk and 1 cup water.
• Add in broken pieces of spaghetti
