• ¼ tsp salt

• 2 red onions
• 4 garlic cloves
• 2 red chillies
• 30g fresh coriander
• 1 celery stick
• 1 red bell pepper
• 250ml red wine
• 2 x 400g can(s) of chopped tomatoes
• 1 x 400g can of black beans
• 1 x 400g can of kidney beans
• 1 ½ tsp maple syrup
• 10g dark chocolate
• 1 tsp balsamic vinegar good quality
