• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp dried oregano
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 x 200g bags of tortilla chips
• 1 x 200g jar of jalapeño chillies
• 50g plant-based cheese
• 1 ultimate chilli
• 1 portion of guacamole
• 1 portion of salsa
• handful of coriander leaves
