Dark Chocolate Mud Cake Recipe - Cake Journal

- (7 oz) dark chocolate, chopped coarsely
- (9 oz) butter, diced
- 330 ml milk (1 3/8 cup) (I like to use whole fat milk)
- 440 g (2 1/4 cup) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- (1 1/4 cup) all-purpose flour
- (3/4 cup) self-raising flour
- (3/4 cup) dark cocoa powder
- 9“ 23cm (3“ high) round cake pan.
