Classic Pavlova – Yummo
Light and fluffy Classic Pavlova with fresh berries and cream. Easy to make with just a few key ingredients!
Ingredients
- 6 whole egg whites (I use large eggs. The fresher the better!)
- 270 grams caster sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons cornflour (make sure its the pure cornflour, check the packet)
- 300 Millilitres thickened cream
- 50 grams strawberries
- 50 grams blueberries
- 50 grams raspberries
- 50 grams blackberries
