- Plastic wrap
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Unsalted Butter, Softened (170 g)
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar (200 g)
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Tbl Passion Fruit Puree
- 2 1/2 cup Unbleached, all-purpose flour (275-315 g)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 8 cups Powdered Sugar (880 g)
- 6 Tbl Meringue Powder
- 1/2-1 cup cup Warm Water
- 1 Tbl Clear Corn Syrup (this is optional but will add shine to the icing)
- 2 tsp Passion Fruit Puree + up to 1/2 cup if desired
- 1 Pinch of salt
