Barbecue bacon sandwich
Very easy barbecue bacon sandwich with garlic sauce, tomatoes and iceberg lettuce. Can also be made in a grill pan!

- 6 thick slices of bacon
- 2 tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- garlic sauce
- a couple of iceberg lettuce leaves
- 3 baguettes
- 1 small jar of French mustard
- Pepper and salt to taste
