Ingredients

• 2 whole eggs
• 1.5 cups mashed sweet potato
• 3 tablespoons coconut oil
• 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup coconut flour sifted
• 1/4 cup maple sugar or raw coconut sugar
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar or baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon celtic sea salt optional
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (70% or higher)
