Ingredients

• 225 g unsalted butter ((cubed, room temperature))
• 110 g caster sugar
• 160 g light brown soft sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 175 g plain flour
• 150 g strong bread flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 200 g chopped chocolate or chocolate chips of choice ((use mixture of dark and milk chocolate))
• 2 tbsp sea salt flakes ((optional))
