Ingredients

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup milk
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
• 1/2 cup light corn syrup
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
