Falafel from fava beans - Pupuchi

Ingredients

• 300 g of shelled fava beans
• 1.5 cloves of garlic
• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
• a pinch of cayenne pepper
• a pinch of black pepper
• a pinch of paprika powder
• 16 g of Turkish pea flour (and a handful of flour for rolling the balls)
• salt to taste
• a handful of spinach
• a handful of parsley
