Chex Mex Buddies

Ingredients

• 9 cups Chex cereal (any variety, or a mix)
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to taste for spice)
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for an extra kick)
• 1 cup pretzel twists (optional for added crunch)
