Icecream Cone Chaat - Zayka Ka Tadka

Ingredients

• Icecream cones - 1 per serving (Used store bought)
• STUFFING OF CHAAT:-
• diced Boiled potatoes - 2 medium sized
• Boiled Black chana/Chickpea sprouts - 1/4 Cup
• Boiled Chhole - 1/4 Cup
• Onions - 1 to 2 finely chopped
• Tomatoes - 1 to 2 chopped finely
• Cucumber - 1 peeled and chopped finely
• Carrot - 1 to 2 Tablespoon finely chopped
• Beetroot - 1 to 2 Tablespoon finely chopped
• Red Apple - 1 finely chopped
• Finely chopped green chillies and coriander leaves - as required
• Salt - to taste
• Red chilli Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
• Roasted Jeera/Cumin powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
• Chaat masala - 1 Teaspoon
• Green chutney - 2 Tablespoon
• Red Tamarind Chutney - 2 Tablespoon
• Sev/bhujiya - 1/2 Cup
• Tomato sauce - 1 Tablespoon
• Curd - as required
