• 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs

• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/4 cup whole milk
• Crushed tomatoes 1 can (28 oz)
• Onion, finely chopped 1 medium
• Garlic, minced 3 cloves
• Olive oil 2 tablespoons
• Fresh basil leaves 6-8 leaves
• Salt 1 teaspoon
• Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
• Red pepper flakes 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
