Sausage, Sweet Potato & Corn Bake | Basic Sausage Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 sweet potato peeled, cut into rough cubes, and boiled till tender
• 5-6 potatoes peeled, cut into rough cubes, and boiled until tender
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
• 6 Hellers Classic Precooked Sausages sliced
• 6 rashers of Hellers streaky bacon roughly chopped
• 1.5 cups frozen peas and corn mix
• 2 tbsp plain flour
• 2tbsp butter
• 3 cups milk warmed
• 150g grated cheddar cheese
• 150g grated colby cheese
• ¼ tsp paprika
• 410g tin creamed corn
• Salt and pepper
• 100g colby or cheddar cheese for topping
