Sweet and Balsamic Dressing | Umami

Ingredients

• salt 1/2 tsp
• pepper 1/2 tsp
• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 olive oil
• 2-3 tbs honey or maple syrup I ve been using honey only and 2 TBsp
• 2 tsp dijon mustard
• 1/2 tsp dried thyme watch for old so I put a few twigs of fresh thyme
• 1 clove garlic minced I grate finely
