- salt 1/2 tsp
- pepper 1/2 tsp
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 olive oil
- 2-3 tbs honey or maple syrup I ve been using honey only and 2 TBsp
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme watch for old so I put a few twigs of fresh thyme
- 1 clove garlic minced I grate finely
