• 1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
• 1-2 tsp (5-10 mL) minced garlic (or 1.5 tsp garlic powder)
• 1 tsp (5 mL) Worcestershire sauce

• 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
